This event will focus on the aging process an espresso bean takes.

Learn The Basics


We will teach you the basics about how to brew espresso. Shot times, dosing weights, all the fun stuff!

Learn About The Beans


Our Grower/Roaster will explain what makes their coffee so special.

Taste The Espresso


Espresso should be enjoyed between 14-21 days after roasting. We will taste that, BUT we will also be tasting recently roasted beans as well as coffee aged for almost 4 months!

Experiment!


Does aged coffee taste better? Does it make a better cappuccino? Who knows!?!
